Your order will be delivered by YAMATO(UPS)orEMS. You will receive an email with your tracking number when you ship. A flat packaging and shipping fee of 5,000 yen for regular YAMATO(UPS)orEMS products and 8,000 yen for large YAMATO(UPS)orEMS products will be charged. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to lack of product. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage in such cases.
